Our Patient Navigator Will Be Your Guide
Sharon will walk you through the program and explain how you can benefit from the available CSS services. Together, you will develop a plan for integrating them with your western medicine treatment. She will then follow up with you to assist with any needed changes in your plan. She can also help you sort out your health goals, provide resources, facilitate communication with your providers and offer support as you travel through your journey.
The services are so much more than what I expected. I am so grateful for the experience and friendships I've made here. Not sure what I would do without CSS.
